Now I just have to get the nerve to ask people to allow me to use their inked work... I'm fearful of using other artists work without permission :(

If anyone can be bothered, please tell me the etiquette to approaching artists for large scans of their inked paged. I'm just a beginner and so most of the stuff that I'm gonna start with is gonna be for practice. It will be a while for any stuff that I do is fit for public viewing :O

In the meanwhile, I'm working with Photoshop figure out those pesky but very very essential flats!!

The best way to ask is just to ask. It may help if you have a few pieces you have colored before posted so an artist or inker feels comfortable with what you are doing. If you need something to play with, I have posted a black and white ink of Sydney Savage you can color, just give me a credit for the inks if you use it! I can email a bigger high res image too if you need it.

Thank you for the advice, it's very helpful. I downloaded the the inked version but it seems too small for me. Is it possible to get a 1065x3072 jpg? or is that too high a resolution for anyone to work with? I currently work with a 1920*1200 screen and usually zoom to 200% for coloring. Whenever it is possible please e-mail it wildcardv2@gmail.com. Thanks again!

Just ask :D Always ask though cause sometimes some things aren't allowed to be coloured by other people, etc.

That's not resolution taht's just the physical size of the pic in pixels :) Check in Photoshop to see if that's a 300 dpi image (that's resolution)
